I connected with Paige and Doug, and we settled on the idea of embracing an impending snow storm for their engagement portraits at Shelburne Farms. We scheduled our session for mid-afternoon (well into the storm so that we’d get that untouched, glittering look), and it payed off perfectly.

Though we only spent a couple of hours together, the muffled quiet from the snowfall and absence of other visitors on the grounds seemed to slow time in an otherworldly way. It was magical to say the least, and as luck would have it, a moment of golden hour found us too.
